Delivery and returns

 

Delivery:

Total purchases up to NOK 249,-  will be subjected to shipping and handling charges of  NOK 29,-.

Free shipping when total purchases is NOK 250,- or more !

Total purchases of NOK 1.000,- and higher will be shipped by registered letter at our expense.

Items are in most cases sent from Thailand.

 

Return policy:

  • Full return accepted if you are not 100 % satisfied.                   

  • As to returns for no obvious reasons, the customer has to cover the shipment cost both ways. 

  • Returns due to wrong description, quality remarks (not mentioned), etc. will be covered by FAFOP Trading.
